Consecrated Community
The first thing I noticed was the spark in their eyes and an engaged posture as they greeted me, they seemed excited I was there… almost as if I was famous. There was an atmosphere in the room of joy and brightness that seemed to infect me. “I haven’t felt like this in months. Who are these people,” I thought. “There’s an otherworldly radiance to their faces.” Their countenances exuded thankfulness and gratitude. Natalie and I are seeing God move in powerful ways in our community in Harrisburg! He is truly birthing a “revival community” here in the northeast of America that will bring the love of Jesus to campuses and nations alike!
Just a quick personal update: Natalie and I are doing very well! We are currently living in the heart of South East Washington DC for the month of March, helping to birth the Washington House of Prayer, and our current Fire and Fragrance DTS launches on outreach in 2 weeks! Our kids are growing up fast: Cedar and Acacia are as wild and fun as ever and Simeon is a walking machine!
We love our lives as full time disciplers of this next generation of revivalists! God’s favor is pouring out on Fire and Fragrance Harrisburg almost too fast to keep up with! We are seeing a house of prayer community birthed, circuits of itinerate ministry to college campuses are being established, lives are getting radically changed daily in our Fire and Fragrance training schools, and the nations and the poor are being touched with the love of Jesus on our outreaches!
Things are happening so fast, that I wanted to give you an update on how things have been going, what we are currently doing, where we are headed in the future, and how you can help.

The students mingled nervously as the staff made the final preparations for the opening night. Awaken Wells (an amazing band from the DC area) were sound checked and praying for the evening fervently.
As we neared time to begin, our staff confidently lined the entrance to the room. Awaken Wells began to play an atmospheric melody. It was time for the students to officially begin their DTS experience. As they entered the room, they were immediately brought into an atmosphere of the presence of God and hearty greetings from each of the staff. It quickly became apparent that the Lord’s presence was with us and that we needed to push back our announcements and just enter right into vertical worship. With a quick welcome, explanation of the evening, and simple prayer, the room exploded with a unified chorus of love to Jesus and immediately we were soaring into a high place in worship. The atmosphere was charged with the spirit of prophesy and freedom was already beginning to break into the hearts of our students… Read more …
When I woke up on my first morning I was greeted by a familiar chill that I had grown accustomed to having lived in Alaska.
Not a physical chill, more like a knowing that it is cold outside, making you long for a warm drink. As I walked down the stairs I was greeted by the most breathtaking sunrise radiating beams of light from over the mountains. Orange and pinks swirling together creating a once in a lifetime canvas of color that would never be seen again. I was back. I was happy.

In the last days God is going to pour out His spirit on all flesh! Signs and wonders will be normal, and ecstatic prophetic encounters common! There will be the largest harvest of souls and the greatest international explosion of vertical worship and prayer in the history of the church, all unto the return of Jesus to the earth!
I believe we are living in those days preceding His return! I have no day or hour, but I believe there are enough “signs of the times” to know the season we are in. This is tremendously exciting, but is also a time of great urgency! The scripture is clear, that the harvest is white but the laborers are few, therefore to pray for the Lord of the Harvest to send forth laborers into the harvest. Currently the needs of the world and the openness of peoples hearts for Jesus is at an all time high, and people’s openness will only increase as the shakings continue to increase. When the broken cisterns of economy, and material security are shaken, people realize their vulnerability. They are opened in their hearts to search deeper into their true longing–a longing for relationship with God, an awareness that their life has a plan, a purpose, and massive HOPE.
